Full-time Pastoral Staff

Graduated from an evangelical seminary with a Bachelor's (B.Th.), Master's degree (MDiv, MA, MTS) or equivalent.
Three or more years of pastoral experience in a North American evangelical church is preferred.
Gifted in Bible teaching, preaching and evangelism.
Demonstrates assurance in God's calling and livelihood testimonies.
Able to preach in Mandarin; ability to preach in Cantonese is a plus.
Fluent in English.
Consent to the Boon Church Constitution and Statement of Faith.

Chinese Ministry Intern

Focuses on assisting in the ministry to Mandarin-speaking congregation and supporting evangelistic outreach ministries.

Currently enrolled in or graduated from an accredited Evangelical seminary.
Has a clear sense of God’s calling to ministry and demonstrates a strong Christian testimony.
Gifted in biblical teaching and evangelism.
Able to teach and preach the Bible in Mandarin.
Proficient in English communication.
Available to serve at least 20 hours per week.
Concurs with Boon Church Constitution and Statement of Faith.

Internship is at least 3 months and a stipend will be provided during the internship.

Children’s Ministry Intern or Director

Focused on discipling the next generation and supporting the young adults.

Currently enrolled in or graduated from an accredited Evangelical seminary with a concentration in Biblical Studies or Christian Education, or a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Demonstrates spiritual, emotional, and personal maturity, with a genuine love for children and a passion for nurturing their spiritual growth and overall development.
Fluent in English. Gifted in teaching the Bible, discipling children, and sharing the gospel with them.
Able to provide leadership in recruiting, equipping, and training children’s ministry teachers and key ministry leaders.
Available to serve at least 20 hours per week.
Concurs with Boon Church’s Constitution and Statement of Faith.

The internship is for a minimum of three months. A stipend will be provided during the internship.
