• Christ-centered, Bible-based, prayer-driven, born-again Christian.

• Master of Divinity degree (or equivalent) from an accredited seminary required.

• Demonstrate a commitment to and a gifting for expository preaching.

• Three (3) to five (5) years of proven church leadership experiences.  Experience in pastoring a church in a metropolitan area is desirable.

• Fluent in spoken Chinese and English; and reading/writing Chinese and English.

• Knowledgeable of American and Chinese culture.
